Woke up early to check out from Base backpacker and get the rented car.
Of course the rental company managed to miss the GPS but at least the car got four wheels so what the heck.
The highway ended shortly after Auckland but the express way took on for another 10 km.
after that it was typical swedish "landsväg", it went quite well, Maria driving all the way.
It felt a little bit odd to drive on left side and even more to get in on the right side of the car.
But no accidents ;-)
We arrived in a rainy Rotorua at 2 pm and it was son nice to see Annette again, i think it was around 15 years ago.
so we gave each other a really big hug.
Except for Linda that Annette lives with we also got to meet the real estate agent though they are selling the house.
We had a short trip to city centre to have some tea and walk in Kirukao park during the time the house was on show.
We hope the house soon are sold because the family now want it.
Going to bed very satisfied of the day.
i mean: meating cousin Annette after so long time
